The project consisted of site improvements and construction of a 146-rooms four-story hotel under construction that contain a total of 157,558 square feet with surface parking on an approximately 5.9 acre site in La Quinta, California. The building contains registration/administrative offices, lobby, spa, shops, library, kitchen/food prep, laundry, game room, public restrooms, fitness room, meeting rooms and ballrooms. R2KS Design + Build performed a Cost-To-Complete analysis for the lender client, Bank Midwest, N.A.
Laguna Cliffs Marriott & Spa, Dana Point, California
R2KS Design + Build performed an evaluation that included a visual survey of the site and buildings, and a review of the individual buildings' layout. The intent of the evaluation was to identify features in the complex which do not comply with the accessibility requirements of the California Building Code (CBC) and the Americans with Disabilities Act, also known as the ADA.
