The project consists of the development of Tract No. 30050 in Palm Springs, California, which contains 29.55 acres and is being developed for 67 single family detached residential units. The scope of work involves on- and off-site improvements that will include rough & finish grading, sanitary sewer/domestic water/storm drain, dry utilities, street improvements and common area landscape/hardscape.
